矿区与非矿区艾蒿根部微生物数量比较研究

摘    要:对矿区和非矿区不同地域艾蒿根部不同部位的微生物数量进行研究,结果表明,艾蒿根际土壤的微生物数量要比非根际和根内的多,而且同种微生物数量矿区比非矿区的多,微生物数量和艾蒿的生长状况成正相关,因此将艾蒿和微生物两者结合起来治理矸石山将会取得更好的效果.

Abstract:The research of the number of micro-organisms on two different areas and different parts of the Artemisia root is found,in the rhizosphere soil microbes than the number of non-rhizosphere and the root of many,and in three main types of micro-organisms,bacteria is largest number,followed by the Actinomycetes or fungi.Moreover,the number of the same species of micro-organisms of mining area is more than that of non-mining areas,the number of micro-organisms is positively related to the growth of Artemisia.We ...
