摘    要:利用微生物可培养方法研究了猪粪堆肥过程中添加堆肥微生态调节剂和不添加堆肥微生态调节剂(自然堆肥) 对猪粪堆肥微生物群落的影响,研究发现接种ZZMZ堆肥微生态调节剂可以使猪粪便堆肥细菌数量提高4.53%,放线菌数量提高6.37%,微生物总数提高4.22%,而真菌数量则降低了65.93%。说明ZZMZ堆肥微生态制剂在堆肥前期能够激发微生物数量,从而加快堆肥进程,缩短堆肥周期

Abstract:The microbial physiological group diversity in inoculated and control pig manure composting was studied by cultivation a method. Compared to control composting, the number of bacteria.actinomycetes. were increased 4.53%.6.37%respectively, and the total number of microorganism were increased 4.22%, and that fungi were decreased 65.93%. The results had shown that ZZMZ composting microeclogial modu- lator could stimulate microbial growth, quickened the composting, and shortened the composting cycle.
