宁夏南部山区构建和谐社会呼唤生态经济

加快发展是宁夏南部山区构建和谐社会的首要任务，而宁夏南部山区的大发展又面临着严重的生态危机，如果不注意保护生态环境就会阻碍经济发展。因此，宁夏南部山区构建和谐社会离不开经济社会与生态环境的协调发展。文章立足于宁夏南部山区的实际。坚持用生态经济学的指导方法，因地制宜，提出了构建和谐社会的工作重点，以期推进宁夏南部山区全面、协调、可持续发展，实现构建和谐社会的目的。

Constructing Harmonious Society in South Mountain Areas of Ningxia Needs Eco-economy

Speeding the development is the initial mission of Constructing harmonious society in south mountain areas of Ningxia, but the quickly development of this region faces the serious ecological crisis,if neglect the protection of the ecological environment will obstruct the economic development. Therefore, constructing harmonious society needs harmonious development of the economy,society and the ecological environment.In this paper,we insist to the method of eco-economy guide our action according to the factual condition of the South mountain areas in Ningxia. So we put forward the strategy of constructingharmonious society.The purpose is that we want to propel our region all-around, balanced, contiuuative development in order to achieve the purpose of harmony.
