摘    要:为了充分利用蚕桑生产的副产物蚕沙生产高附加值产品,以丙酮-乙醇混合液为提取剂,采用超声波辅助有机溶剂法提取蚕沙中的叶绿素。通过响应面试验考察蚕沙软化时间及超声波提取温度、提取时间等主要工艺参数对蚕沙叶绿素提取效率的影响,优化提取工艺条件为:蚕沙软化时间16 min,超声波提取温度70℃,超声波提取时间60 min。在此最优工艺条件下,蚕沙叶绿素的提取效率最高,提取液中叶绿素a的质量浓度可达到11.38 mg/L。

Abstract:In order to fully utilize silkworm faeces,the by-product in sericultural production,for production of high value-added products,chlorophyll was extracted from silkworm faeces by means of ultrasonic-assisted organic solvent extraction using acetone-ethanol mixture as the extraction agent.The influences of main process parameters including softening time of silkworm faeces,ultrasonic extraction temperature,and ultrasonic extraction time on extraction efficiency of chlorophyll from silkworm faeces were investigated using response surface methodology.The optimized extraction pro-cess conditions were softening time of silkworm faeces 16 min,ultrasonic extraction temperatures 70 ℃ and ultrasonic extraction time 60 min.Under these optimal process conditions,the extraction efficiency of chlorophyll from silkworm faeces was the highest,from which the mass concentration of chlorophyll a in the extract reached 11.38 mg/L.
