摘    要:为探讨不同剂量的复合酶添加剂对蓝狐育成期营养物质消化、代谢的影响,选用72只65日龄健康蓝狐(公、母各半)进行单因子饲养试验和消化代谢试验.结果表明:复合酶添加剂能增强育成期仔狐的食欲,增加采食量.在日粮中添加0.6%的复合酶添加剂,可显著提高粗蛋白(CP)的表观消化率和代谢率(P<0.05),分别高出对照组13.05%、10.82%;同对照组相比,净蛋白的利用率提高18.92%(P<0.01);能显著提高无氮浸出物(NFE)的消化率(P<0.05).在日粮中添加0.4%的复合酶添加剂,可有效提高粗脂肪(EE)及粗纤维(CF)的消化率,同对照组相比,EE的消化率提高8.98%(P<0.05),CF的消化率提高21.62%(P<0.01).

Abstract:To inquire into the effects of compound-enzyme feed-stuff additives on the digestion and metabolism of nutrient components of growing fox, feeding trial and metabolism trial were conducted with 72 blue foxs of 65 days old. Result shows : compound-enzyme feed-stuff additives can increase the ingestion; diet with compound-enzyme of 0.6% can significantly increase the apparent digestive rate and metabolic rate of crude protein ( P <0.05), which increased by 13.05% and 10.82% than the control group; compared with control group, the utilization rate of net protein increased by 18.92%; digestive rate of N-free extract also increase ( P <0.05); diet with compound-enzyme of 0.4% can increase the apparent digestive rate of crude fat and crude fiber markedly ( P <0.05), crude fat increased by 8.98% ( P <0.05), crude fiber increased by 21.62% ( P <0.01).
