山东省小麦区试参试品系产量与品质性状分析

摘    要:以山东省小麦区试参试品系为材料,研究了产量、品质现状及其相互关系。结果表明:参试品系的产量和湿面筋含量较高,蛋白质含量和稳定时间偏低,湿面筋含量与稳定时间不协调;籽粒产量与蛋白质、湿面筋含量呈极显著负相关,与稳定时间等面团流变学特性相关不显著。品质育种应在蛋白质含量一定的情况下,注重蛋白质和面筋质量的改良。建议区试设立优质组并采取氮肥后移等管理措施协调高产与优质的矛盾,并以优质组的对照种为参考决定品系取舍,对区试品系统一进行高分子量谷蛋白亚基测定,提高育种工作的预见性。

Abstract:The yield,quality and their relationship of regional trial wheat varieties in Shandong province were studied.The results revealed that the yield and wet gluten content were higher,while the protein content and stability time were lower,so the relationship between wet gluten and stability time was not harmonious in these varieties;the correlations between grain yield and the contents of protein and wet gluten were negatively significant at 1% level,while the correlations between grain yield and dough rheological properties such as stability time were not significant.The wheat breeding for quality should keep certain protein content,attach importance to the quality improvement of protein and wet gluten.We suggested that good-quality group should be built,and varieties were accepted or rejected according to the control of good-quality group in wheat regional trial.Meanwhile,we should take management such as the technique of N application at later growth stage to harmonize the contradiction of high yield to good quality,and detect wheat HMW-GS composition of regional trial varieties to improve foresightedness for wheat breeding.
