不同玉米品种及其亲本耐深播特性分析

摘    要:以10份玉米杂交种及对应的19份父母本为材料,在播深5、10和15 cm条件下,对出苗率、苗长、根长、中胚轴长、芽鞘长、苗重、根重和中胚轴重等指标进行变异分析以及杂交种与其父母本出苗率的相关分析。在播深15 cm条件下,通过指标筛选出辽单588、辽单1211、辽单565和辽单575等4个玉米杂交种为耐深播品种;辽3313、辽6049、XL21、辽7980和辽2386为耐深播玉米自交系。在玉米杂交种和自交系中,中胚轴长和根长与田间出苗率均达到显著相关,说明中胚轴长和根长在玉米深播后对出苗起到关键性作用。

Abstract:Sowing depth is an important factor affecting the germination of maize seeds.In this study we carried out a trial with three sowing depths(5 cm, 10 cm and 15 cm) performing on 10 maize hybrids and their parents of 19 inbred lines. And we made correlation analysis for nine indexes, including seedling rate, seedling length, root length, mesocotyl length, sprout sheath, seedling dry weight, root dry weight, mesocotyl weight and emergence rate. There are four hybrids(Liaodan588, Liaodan1211, Liaodan565 and Liaodan575) and nine inbred lines(Liao3313, Liao6049, XL21, Liao7950, Liao3162, Liao2386, PH6WC, Liao8821 and Liao3258) showing deep-sowing tolerance. In addition, root and mesocotyl length were significantly correlated with seedling rate, which indicated that embryo axis and root length played key roles in the emergence of maize seeds at deep-sowing.
