53份玉米循环群体选系材料的配合力分析

摘    要:采用NCII遗传交配设计,以骨干系4134(A群)和1018(B群)为测验种,与53份循环选系材料进行测交,评价其配合力和育种潜势。结果表明,初步筛选出8份优良材料,其中,A群3个(S1821、S1814、S1813),B群5个(S1861、S1870、S1828、S1838、S1841)。初步筛选出两个高产、稳产新组合,S1821/1018和S1814/1018在两点的平均产量比对照先玉696分别增产10.59%和7.93%。11个组合仅在公主岭表现较好,其中,3个组合(S1833/1018、S1838/1018、S1850/1018)比对照先玉335增产。
