摘    要:目的]寻求植物生长调节物质对腋芽分化增殖的最佳配比。方法]将旗帜和福星2个一品红品种的腋芽茎段接种于附加不同浓度和配比激素的培养基上,研究不同植物生长调节物质及配比对腋芽分化增殖的影响。结果]培养基单独添加0.5~1.0mg/L6-BA时,一品红有较高的芽增殖率,且分化出的不定芽可正常生长发育成小苗。培养基单独添加0.1~0.5mg/LNAA对腋芽增殖率及苗高的影响差异并不明显,增殖率较低,但可促进不定芽发育健壮。旗帜以1.0mg/L6-BA与0.2mg/LNAA配比效果较好,有较高的芽增殖率,且芽生长健壮,培养40d后,苗高可达4cm。福星以0.5mg/L6-BA与0.1mg/LIBA配比效果最好,芽增殖率达4.8倍,且芽生长健壮,叶色绿。结论]6-BA对一品红腋芽的分化和增殖起决定作用,可以诱导腋芽分化并增殖,与IBA、NAA配比效果更佳。NAA对不定芽的生长有明显的促进作用。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose of this study was to seek for the optimum matching for differentiation and proliferation of axillary buds in Euphorbia pulcherrim. Method] The stem segments from axillary buds of 2 E. pulcherrima varieties Banner and Fuxing were inoculated on the media added hormones with different concentrations and proportions to study the effects of different plant growth regulators and their proportions on the differentiation and proliferation of axillary buds. Result] When 0.5-1.0 mg/L 6-BA was added alone on the medium, E. pulcherrima had higher buds proliferation rate and the differentiated adventitious buds could grow and develop into seedlings normally. Adding 0.1-0.5 mg/L NAA alone on the medium had not obvious effect differences on the proliferation rate of axillary buds and seedling height with lower proliferation rate, but could promote adventitious buds to grow strongly. The matching of 1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.2 mg/L NAA had better effect on Banner with higher buds proliferation rate and the buds grew strongly with matching height reaching 4 cm after culture for 40 d. The matching of 0.5 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L IBA had best effect on Fuxing with buds proliferation rate reaching 4.8 times and the buds grew strongly with green leaves. Conclusion] 6-BA played deciding function on the differentiation and proliferation of E. pulcherrima axillary buds, could induce axillary buds to differentiate and proliferate and the matching of 6-BA, IBA and NAA got better effect. NAA had obvious promoting effect on the growth of adventitious buds.
