| 摘 要： | 用常规处理刺云实种子的方法，种子发芽率极低，为了提高刺云实种子的发芽率，采用９８％的浓硫酸，进行不同时间处理种子的试验。试验结果：用９８％浓硫酸处理种子１０分钟效果最好。既提高了种子的发芽率（发芽率达９２％），又缩短了种子发芽的时间。

| Abstract: | Treating the Caesalpinia spinosa seed with the routine method,the germination percen tage of seed is very low,for raising the germination percentage of Caesalpinia spinosa seed,treating the seed in different time with 98 % oil of vitriol.The experimental results showed:The effect of treating the seed with 98% oil of vitriol for 10 minutes is the best,not only raised the gennination percentage(amounted to 92%),but also shortened the time for germination. |
