| 摘 要： | 居住区是人类生存、发展和不断进化的基地。随着21世纪人民经济水平和生活水平的提高以及生活方式的转变，新世纪居住区规划呈现诸多新特点。本文在环境设施、住宅设计、交通观念、服务以及管理智能化等几个方面对居住生活环境及其设计中应当重视的问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | A residential quarter is the base of existence,development of people.With the raise of economical level and living level and change of living habit of people,residential quarters of new century have many new characteristics.This paper discussed several important questions in living-dwelling enviroment about peoples environmental facility,residence design,traffic idea,service and inteligence. |
