佩龙木引种繁育和早期生长分析

佩龙木(Peronema canescens Jack.)是东南亚国家和地区的珍贵用材和观赏树种,是马来西亚林业部门推荐发展商业用材林的主要树种之一。组织培养技术研究结果表明:以嫩枝为外植体,在MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L培养基上诱导芽的形成,以MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L为继代增殖培养基,1/2MS+IBA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L+蔗糖20 g/L培养基用于诱导芽生根,春季用泥炭土和纯黄泥混合基质(2∶1)移栽成活率达90%以上;在广州造林成活率达96.7%,年平均树高和平均胸径生长分别为1.58 m和1.54 cm,从早期生长表现分析,该树种适合在南亚热带地区生长。

Analysis of artificial breeding and early growth of Peronema canescens Jack

Peronema canescens Jack.is the precious timber and ornamental tree in the southeast Asian countries and regions,which is one of the recommended development of commercial timber species by the forestry sector of Malaysia;The experiments of the tissue culture propagation technology indicated that MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+ sugar 30 g/L as the effective medium for adventitious shoot induction,and MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L + sugar 30 g/L as the suitable subculture medium for adventitious shoot induction,1/2MS + IBA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+ sugar 20 g/L as the rooting medium using the young shoots of Peronema canescens as explants.And the plantlets got acclimatized well in the medium mixed with peat soil and yellow mud(2∶1),with the survival rate up to 90%.The survival rate of forestation 96.7% in Guangzhou,and the average height and average DBH were 1.58 m and 1.54 cm.The species suitable for grow in the South subtropical zone from the early growth performance analysis.
