桂红4号等无性系茶树品种开发六堡茶工艺

摘    要:以广西桂林茶叶科学研究所自主知识产权的桂红3号、桂红4号、桂绿1号3个无性系国家级红、绿茶品种为材料,以氧化基质含量丰富的云南大叶种为对照,进行发酵六堡茶研究,开发出无性系品种桂绿1号和桂红3号较好的发酵工艺为工艺一,桂红4号的发酵工艺为工艺一和工艺二;并制定相应的技术参数,为六堡茶开辟了新的无性系茶树品种原料。

Abstract:In this study,we studied Liu Pao tea fermentation processing.The materials were three national proprietary red,green clonal varieties,such as Guihong No.3,Guihong No.4,Guilv No.1,and Yunnan big leaf species as CK.We analyzed the main biochemical compents and pigment composition of the fermention process in order to explore their changing patterns,which can provide a basis of the development clonal tea varieties of suitable for Liu Pao tea.
