生活垃圾降解菌除臭效果比较研究

摘    要:从土壤中采集微生物,分别用牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基、马铃薯蔗糖培养基和高氏一号合成培养基分离、纯化得到不同的菌种。培养接入菌种的臭液,测定其氨氮含量和硫化物含量。结果表明,放线菌、细菌、真菌对氨氮以及硫化物的降解能力明显不同;放线菌除臭能力较强,细菌和真菌不具有除臭能力。

Abstract:According to the biological deodorizing theory, strain was collected from soil, and then separated and purified with potato sucrose medium, peptone-beef extract medium and G1 synthetic medium, respectively. The strain was inoculated to the smelly liquid sample. After cultivated, the ammonia-nitrogen and sulphide content in it were determined. Result showed that the degradation abilities of actinomycetes, bacteria and fungus were obviously different towards ammonia-nitrogen and sulphide. Actinomycetes had strong deodorization ability and bacteria and fungus could not deodorize.
