| 摘 要： | 以小鼠为对象,通过抗生素混合液灌胃5 d建立小鼠肠道菌群失调模型,以等量生理盐水为对照,研究抗生素相关腹泻对小鼠血常规的影响。结果表明:抗生素相关性腹泻使小鼠血小板数量及平均体积均显著小于对照组(P0.05),红细胞分布宽度显著大于对照组(P0.05),其余各项指标均与对照组差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。这表明抗生素相关性腹泻可显著降低血小板计数、血小板平均体积和红细胞分布宽度,对小鼠的凝血功能有显著的影响。

Effect of Antibiotic Associated Diarrhea in Mice Blood |

| Abstract: | Taking mice as the object, established dysbacteria mice model by antibiotic mixture gavage for 5 days, with the same amount of normal saline as the control, and studied the effect of antibiotic associated diarrhea in mice blood. The results showed that the antibiotic associated diarrhea made the number and the average volume of platelets in mice were signiifcantly less than those of the control group (P<0.05), red cell distribution width was signiifcantly greater than that of the control group (P<0.05), the other indexes were not statistically signiifcant (P>0.05). This showed that antibiotic associated diarrhea can signiifcantly reduce the platelet count, mean volume and red blood cell distribution width, and has a signiifcant impact on the blood coagulation function of mice. |
