土壤含水量和SNP浸种对早熟油菜种子萌发的影响

摘    要:以早熟油菜420为材料,研究了土壤含水量和SNP浸种对早熟油菜种子萌发的影响。结果表明:种子萌发前期需要足够的水分,土壤含水量在一定范围内升高能明显促进油菜种子萌发,且土壤含水量与种子发芽势、发芽率呈极显著正相关,与发芽指数、50株干重呈显著正相关;不同土壤含水量下,SNP浸种对油菜种子萌发的作用效果有差异,土壤含水量低(37%)时,SNP浸种对种子萌发有抑制作用;土壤含水量中等(47%)时,SNP浸种对种子萌发有促进作用,且随着浓度升高而加强;土壤含水量较高(57%)时,低浓度SNP浸种对油菜种子萌发有明显的促进作用,高浓度SNP浸种有抑制作用;SNP浓度为50μmol/L时,种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、根长和50株干重等指标均最高,分别达到48.00%、83.72%、40.85、7.66%、3.76 cm和0.15 g。因此,在试验所设范围内,50μmol/L SNP促进油菜种子萌发的效果最佳。

Effect of Soil Water Content and SNP Soaking on Seed Germination of Premature Rape
Abstract:Using precocious rapeseed 420 as material, it was studied of soil water content (SWC) and SNP on germination of rape seed. The results showed that, seed germination early need enough water, and increasing soil water content could obviously promote germination of rape seed in a certain range. Soil water content was extremely signiifcant correlated with seed germination potential, germination rate, germination index and dry weight. Under different soil water content, SNP had different effect on germination of rape seed. By low SWC (37%), SNP had inhibitory effect on seed germination, by secondary SWC (47%), SNP promoted seed germination with concentration increasing; while by high SWC (57%), low concentration of SNP had a positive impact on germination of rape seed, and vice versa. 50μmol/L SNP treatment achieved maximum in seed germination potential (48.00%), germination rate (83.72%), germination index (40.85), vigor index (7.66%), root length (3.76 cm) and dry weight (0.15 g), respectively. Therefore, 50 μmol/L SNP treatment was best for promoting rape seed germination under this test condition.
