摘    要:以广西田林、西林、融水等5个产地的仿野生栽培灵芝子实体为材料,采用紫外分光光度法测定灵芝样品中的总多糖、总三萜、总蛋白质含量。结果表明:供试灵芝子实体的多糖含量在0.1%~0.57%之间,其中融水、西林所产灵芝多糖含量较高;灵芝子实体总三萜含量在0.16%~0.37%之间,其中融水所产灵芝总三萜含量最高;灵芝子实体总蛋白含量11.5%~16.17%之间,其中融水所产灵芝总蛋白含量最高。供试的5个灵芝菌株中,融水和西林两地出产的灵芝营养价值较高,在精深加工开发上具有较大潜力。

Comparison of Main Active Ingredients in Semi-cultivated Ganoderma Lucidum Fruitbody Collected from Five Producing District
Abstract:The content of main active ingredients (total polysaccharides, total triterpenoid and total protein) in semi-cultivated Ganoderma Lucidum fruitbody collected from ifve producing district of Guangxi Province (Tianlin, Xilin, Rongshui, Jinxiu and Jingxi) have been detected by anthrone-sulfuric method, direct spectrophotometry and coomassie brilliant G-250 dye binding. The results showed that the polysaccharides contents of the determined strains were 0.1%-0.57%, and the polysaccharides contents of G.lucidum Rongshui and G.lucidum Xilin were higher than others. The triterpenoid contents of the determined strains were 0.16%-0.37%, and G.lucidum Rongshui displayed the highest triterpenoid contents. While the total protein contents of the determined strains were 11.5%-16.17%, G.lucidum Rongshui displayed the highest total protein contents. Of the ifve detected strains, G.lucidum Rongshui and G.lucidum Xilin have the potential to extract and process with the higher nutritional value.
