涞水县太行山区山地特色农业发展研究

以涞水县太行山区为例,对其山地特色农业产业发展进行了SWOT分析,提出了在京津冀协同发展背景下,涞水县山地特色农业发展要实施特色农业产业提升、三次产业深度融合、发展模式创新拓展的发展战略,走生态优先、产业升级、品牌带动、市场主导的发展路径,研究建议涞水县太行山区未来发展要加强城乡统筹发展、加强京津冀产业对接、加强专业人才培训、健全农业投融资机制、持续改善生态环境。

Strategies and Pathway for Mountainous Agriculture Developmentof Taihang Mountain Area in Laishui County

Taking Taihang Mountain area in Laishui County as a case, the development of mountain characteristic agriculture industry was analyzed by SWOT method. At the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergetic development, main strategies were put forward, including improving distinctive industries developing level, deepening the convergence among the primary, secondary and tertiary industry, strengthening development technological innovation. Thereafter a developing route map was elucidated for ecology preferential, industrial upgrading, brand establishment and market oriented reform. In the end, it was suggested to strengthening the coordinate development between urban and rural areas, enhancing the industrial cooperation in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, training more professional farmers, diversifying the investment and ifnancing mechanism of agriculture and constant efforts in improving natural ecological and human living environments in Taihang Mountain area.
