The paper analyses the positive effects of industrial and commercial enterprises enter the agriculture production based on Evergrande Group entered the agriculture, namely:invest funds, to achieve the deepening of agricultural capital, exert the advantages of management technologyscale, to promote the reform of agricultural supply side, improve the quality and safety of agricultural products, promote the development of green agriculture, etc. There are sorne risks in the process of development, such as lack of experience in agriculture, dififculties in the transfer of brand value, product positioning high-end, iferce competition in the agricultural industry, long cycle of agricultural investment, easy to produce non-grain and non-farm tendencies. Some suggestions have been put forward as follows:improve the relevant laws and policies, create a favorable environment for industrial and commercial enterprises to invest in agriculture;strengthen the agricultural personnel training management, accelerate the innovation of agricultural management technology;increase supervision, beware of farmland with non-grain non-agricultural operation.
