摘    要:以蓖麻籽为原料进行螺旋压榨,研究了入料温度对其出油率及粘度的影响。结果表明:入料温度对蓖麻油的动力粘度及油脂品质均有显著影响,理论最佳入料温度为70.8℃,此时蓖麻籽出油率可达62%;当入料温度达到70℃时,蓖麻油粘度很低,饼残油率较低,油脂颜色变浅及酸值降低。因此,入料温度的调控对于提高油料压榨制油的效率及其质量具有重要意义。

The impact of temperature on squeeze processing and optimization efficiency of making castor oil
Abstract:Castor seeds were regarded as the feedstock for castor oil by press.The impact of temperature on oil extraction efficiency and dynamic viscosity of oil was investigated. The results showed that the pretreatment temperature had signifi-cant impact on the dynamic viscosity and quality of castor oil. The theoretical optimal temperature was 70.8 ℃,which was near to the practical temperature after optimization while the extraction yield of castor oil could reach 62%. The dy-namic viscosity of oil was low,which made values of color and fatty acid decrease to 70 ℃.Accordingly,there were im-portant significance for controlling the temperature to improve the oil extraction efficiency and quality of castor oil.
