外源刺激物质对茶树扦插繁殖的影响研究

摘    要:采用6种外源刺激物质3种浓度的两因素完全随机设计,研究各因素及其组合处理对茶树扦插繁殖的6个生长性状的影响,并运用主成分分析法对各组合处理的育苗效果进行了综合评价。结果表明:2个主因素中,外源刺激物质种类对茶树扦插繁殖的部分性状有显著影响,而外源刺激物质浓度对茶树扦插繁殖的6个生长性状无显著影响;6种外源刺激物质中,IBA处理在存活率、生根率、最长不定根长、平均根长、不定根数量等性状上表现最佳,为其扦插育苗的理想生根剂,GA_3处理总体效果最差,不宜用于其扦插育苗;外源刺激物种类×浓度交互效应对存活率有显著影响,最佳浓度因外源刺激物质种类而异。主成分综合评价表明,100 mg/L IBA处理为最佳组合。

Effects of Elicitor on Cutting Propagation of Tea Plant
Abstract:Using cuttings of annual ligniifed branches of tea plants as the material, the effects of elicitor on 6 growing traits was studied, adopting a completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors of 6 elicitor types and 3 concentration levels. And on this basis, the effects of different treatments on cutting propagation were comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis. The results showed that: The elicitor types had signiifcant inlfuences on most cutting propagation traits, but concentration levels of elicitor did not have signiifcant inlfuences on all cutting propagation traits. Among 6 elicitor types, IBA had the best effect on survival rate, rooting rate, length of the longest root, mean root length and number of adventitious roots, and it was the ideal elicitor for cutting propagation of tea plants. GA3 had worse effect on propagation traits which should not be used for propagation of tea plant cutting. The interaction effect of elicitor types and concentrations had signiifcant inlfuence on survival rate. The results of comprehensively evaluation using principal component analysis showed that 100 mg/L IBA was the best treatment combination.
