双作用多级液压缸优化设计探讨

Optimization Design of Double Function Multistage Hydraulic Cylinder

Double function multistage hydraulic cylinder has advantages such as long running stroke,short setting distance, etc.,it is widely used in fields such as heavy machinery,transporting vehicles,engineering machinery and so on.Traditional double function multistage hydraulic cylinder exposed some problems in the practical application.In order to ensure good performance of the multistage double function hydraulic cylinder,we should do optimization design and improvement of double function multi-stage hydraulic cylinder structure design.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional dual operation multi-stage hydraulic cylinder,and expounds the content of optimization design of the double operation multi-stage hydraulic cylinder for ref-erence.
