| 摘 要： | 汽车的产业升级是增强企业竞争力、提高汽车质量的重要过程，价值链视角下的汽车产业升级需要经历艰难的过程。文章阐述了基本价值链和产业升级的知识，并在此基础上提出了汽车产业升级的基本方法。汽车产业在价值链作用下，提高产业升级需要提高自主创新能力，加快优势零部件转型，并提高售后服务质量。
