游客个体差异对其景区满意度影响研究--以张家界国家森林公园为例

游客满意度是景区提高竞争能力，实现可持续发展的主要影响因素。通过方差分析，着重对不同人口特征游客对景区满意度的差异进行了具体分析。研究结果表明，不同年龄、收入、学历和居住地游客对于景区的满意度存在显著差异，这种差异主要表现于其对景区的总体印象、游览路线设置、路标指示设置以及旅游餐饮四个方面。在此基础上，提出了景区发展的针对性建议。

Research on the Influence of Individual Difference on the Satisfaction to Scenic Spot---Taking Zhangjiajie National Forest Park as an Example

The tourists' satisfaction is a main factor to improve the competition ability of the scenic spot and realize sustainable development.In this article,throughvarianceanalysis,differences of different demographic characteristics of tourists'satisfaction to the scenic spot are analyzed. The results show that tourists' satisfaction have significant differences in the aspects of different age,income,educational background and residence,these differences mainly display in four aspects of the whole impression,the touring route,guide signs and catering. And on this basis,specific suggestions on the development of the scenic spot are put forward.
