摘    要:为了探索光合细菌在烟草种植上的应用效果,以K326为供试烤烟品种进行了田间药效试验。结果表明:从烟草青枯病防效来看,随着光合细菌菌液浓度的加大,防治效果随之越好,其中施用600倍液的防治效果达75.12%;在烟株农业性状方面,喷施光合细菌菌液的处理烟草株高、叶数、叶长、叶宽、茎围、节距等农艺性状均比空白对照有所提高;产量方面,喷施光合细菌菌液的处理产量均在1 220 kg/hm2以上,比空白对照提高了3.5%~4.5%;喷施光合细菌菌液的处理烟叶的光泽稍亮、油分稍高、厚度也稍厚,表明光合细菌在改善烟叶外观品质方面有一定的作用。

Research on Application Effect of Photosynthetic Bacteria in Tobacco Planting
Abstract:In order to explore the application effect of photosynthetic bacteria on tobacco planting, K326 was used to test the field efficacy of flue cured tobacco varieties. The results showed that from the point of view of tobacco bacterial wilt control effect, with the increase of the concentration of photosynthetic bacteria liquid, the control effect will be better, which applied with 600 times fluid control effect was 75.12%; from the point of view of agricultural characters of tobacco plant, the agronomic traits of tobacco plant height, leaf number, leaf length, leaf width, stem girth, and pitch length by spraying photosynthetic bacteria liquid were higher than that in the blank control group;in terms of production, the treatment yields of photosynthetic bacteria liquid were more than 1 220 kg/hm , which increased by 3.5%-4.5% compared with the blank control; the tobacco leaves with treatment of the photosynthetic bacteria liquid was slightly brighter, the oil was slightly higher, and the thickness was slightly thicker. It showed that photosynthetic bacteria had a certain effect on improving the appearance quality of tobacco leaves.
