秋季连阴雨天气对湖南农业生产的影响及防灾减灾措施

2015年11月湖南省出现了连阴雨天气过程,引发了暴雨和洪涝气象灾害。连阴雨对湖南农业生产影响主要表现为三个方面:降水过多造成农田湿(渍)害;日照偏少,不利于光合作用,作物长势弱;温度过低,一些生长作物积温不足,出现病虫害。连阴雨过程伴随的暴雨洪涝灾害损毁了部分农田水利设施。针对这些不良影响,提出及时开沟排水,增加土壤透气性,防止渍害发生,做好查苗补苗工作,及时加固温室大棚棚架和畜禽舍等设施。

For the above, it proposed timely drainage ditch, increased soil permeability, prevented water logging occurred, checked the seedling of work, and other recommendations.
