| 摘 要： | 农机维修服务是农业机械发展使用的重要保障措施,而农机维修管理是农机化管理的一项重要工作.当前,农机维修服务不能满足农业机械化的发展要求,因此政府以及相关部门应对农机维修管理工作予以重视.要把农机维修网点建设列入农机化发展规划,应严格规范管理程序、创新管理模式,合理的设置维修网点,提高维修人员的专业技能,促进农机维修业快速健康发展.

| Abstract: | The agricultural machinery maintenance service is an important guarantee measure for the development of agricul-tural machinery while agricultural machinery maintenance management is one of the main work in agricultural machinery man-agement.At present,agricultural machinery maintenance service can not meet the developing requirement of agricultural mecha-nization.Therefore,government and related departments should attach importance to agricultural machinery maintenance manage-ment.We should take the construction of agricultural machinery maintenance network into the plan of agricultural mechanization development,standardize the management procedure and innovative management mode,set reasonable maintenance network and improve professional skills of maintenance personnel to facilitate the development of agricultural machinery maintenance industry. |
