纳米涂料对烤房烘烤性能和烟叶品质的影响

摘    要:研究了纳米涂料对烤房烘烤性能和烟叶品质的影响,为烘烤环境的优化和完善提供理论基础,分析了烤房纳米材料涂层对烤房内平面温差和垂直温差的影响、对烟叶烘烤时间的影响、对燃煤成本的影响、对烟叶化学成分的影响和对烟叶感官质量的影响。结果表明:烤房的装烟室涂抹纳米材料后,烤房内垂直和平面温差分别降低了1.2℃和1.5℃,缩短烘烤时间12 h,降低用煤成本0.48元/kg干烟,节煤率达16.77%,并明显改善了烟叶内在化学成分和感官质量。

Effects of Nanometer Material on the Curing Capability of Curing Barn and Quality of Tobacco Leaves
Abstract:The effect of nanometer material on the curing capability of curing barn and the quality of tobacco leaves was studied, provide theoretical basis for the optimization and improvement of curing environment, the effect of nanometer material coating on the plane temperature difference and vertical temperature difference in the curing barn, effect on curing time of tobacco leaf, the impact on the cost of coal, effect on chemical composition of tobacco leaf and effect on the sensory quality of tobacco leaf were analyzed. The results showed that the vertical and horizontal temperature difference in the curing barn was decreased by 1.2℃ and 1.5℃ respectively after the curing barn was coated with nanometer materials, shorten the baking time 12 h, reduced the cost of coal by 0.48 yuan(RMB) per kilogram of dry tobacco, the percentage of coal saving rate was 16.77%, and the chemical composition and sensory quality of tobacco leaves were signiifcantly improved.
