摘 要: | 随着我国汽车工业的飞跃发展,汽车零配件国产化程度不断提高,急需汽车空调散热器(包括冷凝器和蒸发器)主要使用高精度铝合金多孔扁管和圆管材。平行流汽车空调散热器采用环保型R134a制冷剂,汽车空调散热器用高精度铝合金多孔扁管材的需要量近年来急剧增加。汽车空调器用制冷剂R134a代替R12过程中,因平行流式散热器具有更合理的结构和更优越的性能而逐渐代替了管片式和管带式散热器。实际情况表明,平行流式散热器的性能非常优良,是我国汽车空调散热器用铝合金多孔扁管材发展的方向。大力加快汽车空调散热器用高精度铝合金管材的开发与生产,使之国产化、系列化、专业化,节约大量外汇,降低汽车生产成本,提高我国汽车工业水平,具有十分重大的现实意义。

Abstract: | With the rapid development of China's auto industry,auto parts localization degree enhances unceasingly,be badly in need of car air conditioning radiator (including condenser and evaporator) with high precision aluminium alloy porous flat tube and round tube.Parallel flow radiator uses environment-friendly refrigerant R134a as a car air conditioning.Automotive air conditioner replaces R12 with refrigerant R134a,because of the parallel flow heat sink has a more reasonable structure and superior performance,it gradually replaced the tube plate and duct tape type radiator. Actual situation shows that the performance of the parallel flow heat sink is very optimal. |
