新型城镇化背景下美丽乡村旅游开发问题与对策——以湘潭市梅林桥为例

以湘潭市梅林桥乡村旅游开发为例,采用利益相关者理论、推拉理论,研究其发展现状,对新型城镇化快速发展过程中产生的基础设施薄弱,产品同质化严重,人才缺失,乡村旅游生命周期逐渐缩短,发展动力不足等问题进行分析,认为可通过加强科学规划编制、选择适合的发展模式、突出"乡村性"、塑造特色品牌、注重利益协调和转变人才结构等措施寻求乡村旅游的科学开发,以期促进新型城镇化发展。

Problems and Countermeasures of the Development of Beautiful Rural Tourism under the Background of New Urbanization-A Case Study of Meilinqiao in Xiangtan City

Taking the development of rural tourism in Xiangtan city as an example, using the stakeholder theory and push and pull theory to study present situation of its development which were the weak infrastructure, the serious product homogeneity, lack of talent, the gradually shortened rural tourism life cycle and the development of power shortage and other issues in the process of rapid development of new urbanization were analyzed. In order to promote the development of new urbanization, seek the scientiifc development of rural tourism, some countermeasures were put forward, including strengthening scientific planning, choosing the suitable development mode, highlighting the characteristic of "the village", shaping characteristics of the brand, pay attention to the interests coordination transformation of talent structure, etc.
