关于夏县发展特色现代农业的思考

通过对夏县农业产业经济发展现状、农业发展现状、农村经济与农民收入情况、农业生产条件等现状的分析,发现夏县农业发展存在基础设施建设滞后、农民组织化程度低、农业先进技术普及率低、农业产业开发程度低等问题,并根据对上述问题的理解,提出夏县发展特色现代农业的相应对策,即健全机制体制、加大财政投入、创新发展、提高农民组织化程度、做大做强龙头企业、高度重视质量安全、充分运用"互联网+"、加大农业环保力度等。
