Development Status and Trends of Paddy Ecological Farming Technology in Hengyang City

Paddy ecological farming is a technology organically combined planting and breeding, which have the characteristics of high efifcient utilization of resources, eco-environmental protection and high rate of returns. It also complied with the requirement of low carbon and sustainable development of agriculture. Taking Hengyang City in Hunan Province as an example, the development status and trends of rice, the background and development potential of paddy ecological farming was introduced, as well as its strengths and weaknesses. Through actual investigation and literature review, the countermeasures and suggestions of existing problems of the paddy ecological farming was put forward.
