| 摘 要： | 采用梯度稀释涂板法和平板对峙培养法从油茶林根际土中分离、筛选到了一株对油茶炭疽病原具有拮抗作用的细菌,编号为YCSF-1,其对油茶炭疽病病原的抑菌圈直径达20.6 mm。经过形态学、生理生化测定、16Sr RNA序列比对鉴定,该菌株为侧孢短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus laterosporus)。该研究为油茶炭疽的生物防治提供菌株。

Isolation and identification of an antagonistic bacteria to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides of Camellia oleifera |

| Abstract: | A strain of bacteria was isolated from the rhizosphere soil of Camellia oleifera using plate dilution method and plate confrontation culture method,which had antagonistic effect on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides of Camellia oleif-era.The diameter of the inhibition zone was 20.6mm.After morphological and 16Sr RNA sequence alignment,this strain was identified as Brevibacillus laterosporus.The research provided the strains for the biological control of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides of Camellia oleifera. |
