摘    要:在单缸柴油机生产中,环形试车线形式因其具有较高的生产效率和良好的经济性而被广泛采用,但操作工人长期处于高噪音的环境中对身体具有危害性.通过对试车区域分区隔断降噪处理技改方案的实施,使得试车噪音得到了极大的下降,并使试车周边的环境噪音指标符合工业企业噪声卫生标准,从而确保了工人的职业健康.

The Design and Implementation of Noise Reduction Technology of Single Cylinder Diesel Engine Ring Test Line
Abstract:In single cylinder diesel engine production,because of high efficiency and economic feature,circular test line form is widely used,whereas being in a high noise environment for a long time can seriously damage the operating workers' health. Through the implementation of test area partition noise reduction processing scheme,noise has been greatly decreased,and the ambient noise surrounding industrial enterprise is made to conform to health standard to ensure workers' health.
