进气管真空度检测在发动机故障判断中的应用

摘    要:通过对汽油发动机进气管真空度的测量,可以检测汽油发动机的性能及明确故障部位,以便进行准确的维修.以本田F22及丰田5A汽油发动机为研究对象,对发动机在各种故障情况下的真空变化用真空测试仪进行检测,同时用发动机分析仪等对进行辅助测试,分析典型故障发生时的真空度变化.通过定量定性分析,找出其真空度变化规律,为故障诊断提供依据和思路.

The Application of Intake Tube Vacuum Degree Detection in Engine Fault Diagnosis
Abstract:Through measurement of the vacuum of gasoline engine intake pipe,we can test the performance of the gasoline engine and find out the fault parts to make sure repair in time.Taking gasoline engine of Honda F22 and Toyota 5A as object,test the engine vacuum degree change under different fault condition with vacuum tester.Meanwhile,use engine analysis meter to do auxiliary tests to analyze the engine vacuum degree change under typical fault condition.Then through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,finds out the vacuity change rule and provides the theory basis for the fault diagnosis and ideas.
