高职新生入学问题分析及解决方法

高职新生入学后出现的入学诸多不适应现象已成为当前高职院校面临首要问题，如何帮助新生尽快适应高职生活，顺利度过心理适应关键时期，是教育者亟待思考与解决的问题。文章在分析高职新生入学后出现的种种的基础上，提出了解决的办法，以期能够为解决高职新生入学问题提供一定的借鉴，同时也为高职新生实现人的自由、全面发展提供一些解决办法。

Analysis and Solving Methods of Higher Vocational Freshmen Problems

After entrance,the phenomenon that many new students of higher vocational colleges don't adapt to the environ-ment has become a current primary problems in higher vocational colleges,how to help freshmen adapt to higher vocational life as soon as possible and pass through psychological adapting key period is the problem that educators must consider and solve.This article analyzes the behavior of freshmen in higher vocational colleges and puts forward suggestions in order to provide certain ref-erence for solving the problem of higher vocational freshmen.
