| 摘 要： | 作为社区组织,农民专业合作组织成为构建农村和谐社会、引导农民走向共同富裕道路的重要载体。但农民素质偏低直接影响了当前农民合作组织的健康发展。通过积极有效地开展农村社区教育、不断提高农民合作意识和合作能力,是建设农民专业合作组织最有效的途径。

| Abstract: | As a community organization,Specialized Farmer Cooperative Organization has become an important carrier to construct harmonious society,guiding farmers to achieve common prosperity.However,the comparatively low farmer quality has a direct influence on the healthy development of this organization.The best way to establish this organization is to efficiently promote country community education,continually strengthening farmers' cooperative awareness and ability. |
