化学调控剂在巨尾桉扦插育苗上应用与推广

摘    要:化学调控剂在巨尾桉组培苗嫩梢扦插育苗上的应用结果表明,化学调控剂能明显延缓或抑制巨尾桉扦插苗高生长,促进地茎生长,在抑制主根生长的同时强烈促进侧根生长。施用1.0 g.m-2的化学调控剂60 d内高生长仅增加3 cm,地茎增长0.12 cm,生根条数达20~30条,出圃率达95%;而不施药的苗木60 d内高生长增加17.6 cm,地茎增长0.05 cm,生根条数仅8~12条,出圃率只有85%。应用化学调控剂能提高苗木质量和产量,起到了贮存苗木作用,使用方法简便,成本低,效果好。

Abstract:The application results of chemical regulators on raising shoot cutting seedlings from tissue-cultured Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophyla showed that the chemical regulator could postpone or inhibit the height growth of cutting seedlings and promote the growth of ground diameter.The chemical regulator could intensively promote the growth of lateral roots while inhibiting the growth of axial root.By using chemical regulator of 1.0 g·m~(-2),the growth of height and ground diameter of cutting seedlings increased 3 cm only and 0.12 cm respectively after 2 months,and the amount of root of cutting seedlings reached 20-30 and the percentage of lifted cutting seedlings reached 95%.Without using chemical regulator,the growth of height and ground diameter of cutting seedlings increased 17.6cm and 0.05 cm respectively after 2 months,but the amount of root of cutting seedlings and the percentage of lifted cutting seedlings were only 8~12 and 85% respectively.The application of chemical regulator could improve the quality and increase production of cutting seedlings,and also had the function of preserving seedlings.This method is worth popularizing and applying due to its simple and convenient usage,low cost and good effect.
