三种平腹小蜂杂交试验及超微结构观察

摘    要:对广东荔蝽平腹小蜂Anastatus sP.、北京油松毛虫平腹小蜂Anastatus sP.和黑龙江落叶松毛虫平腹小蜂Anastatus sP.等三种小蜂通过三年的杂交试验结果表明,上述三种平腹小蜂之间均可互交,可获得杂交第一代、第二代及第三代,而且其雌性比越来越高;通过对上述三种小蜂的六个不同部位的电镜扫描及相片观察,可看出其超微形态无明显区别,仅有一些微小差异;通过二年的蛋白质谱带分析,可看出上述三种平腹小蜂的蛋白质谱带的分区数目和颜色深浅程度也很相似。可初步看出,这三种平腹小蜂虽分布于我国的南部、中部和最北部,但可能是属于同一种或种下不同的地理型(或生态型)。

Abstract:Through ultramicromorphological observation, preliminary findings reveal that there are no misogamies or morphological differences among Anastatus sp. sampled from Guangdong, Heilongjiang, and Beijing, China.A3 year experiment was conducted among 6 different morphological parts 6oupled with interspecific crosses.Among them 3 species were mated andl-3 generations were derived, increasing in feminization.lt is surmised that these are of the same species or of different types of ecological or geographical underspecies. Furthermore, by means of 0.5mm thin layer polyacrylamide gels for protein isoelectric focusing, very few differences in protein properties of the Anastaus sp, sampled were observed.
