皖江示范区土地集约利用问题研究

通过充分调研,采用对比分析等方法对皖江城市带国家级承接产业转移示范区土地集约利用状况进行分析,发现其土地后备资源不足,土地闲置现象严重,土地投资强度和产出率等经济指标远远落后于发达地区。针对粗放的土地利用方式,提出了提高皖江示范区土地集约利用水平的可行性措施,以保障示范区的可持续发展。

Study on Intensive Land Use Issues in Wanjiang Demonstration Area

Based on full research and comparison,the land use status in Wanjiang city belt,which is the first national demonstration area carrying on industry transfer,is analyzed,it is found out that its reserve land resources are insufficient,land vacancy phenomenon is serious,land investment intensity and output are far behind the developed areas.In dealing with the extensive land use pattern,some feasible measures are proposed for improving the intensive land use degree in Wanjiang demonstration area so as to ensure its sustainable development.
