神农香菊花粉萌发的研究

摘    要:目的]为新芳香资源植物神农香菊的进一步品种改良提供参考。方法]用改良ME3作花粉萌发基本培养基,将材料培养在含有不同浓度蔗糖(62.5、125.03、33.0 g/L)及聚乙二醇(PEG)(50 2、00、400 g/L)的培养基上,分别在20、25、30℃温度下培养,研究不同温度、不同浓度蔗糖及PEG对神农香菊花粉萌发的影响。结果]蔗糖对花粉萌发有促进作用,并且低浓度蔗糖对花粉萌发更有利,较高浓度的蔗糖抑制作用明显。PEG溶液能一定程度地促进神农香菊花粉萌发,浓度200 g/L的PEG对神农香菊花粉萌发促进作用最明显,平均萌发率达到6.61%。20℃对花粉萌发最有利,平均萌发率最高,可达7.90%,随着温度的升高,萌发率反而降低。结论]蔗糖对神农香菊花粉萌发有促进作用,并且低浓度蔗糖对花粉萌发更有利;PEG溶液对神农香菊花粉萌发有促进作用,浓度200 g/L的PEG作用最明显;20和25℃对花粉萌发均较为有利。

Research on the Pollen Germination of Dendranthema indicum var.aromaticum

Abstract:Objective] The reference for the further genetic improvement of the new aromatic plant resources Dendranthema indicum var.aromaticum,was provided.Method] The improved medium—ME3 as the basic one for pollen germination,the materials were incubated in the medium with the different concentrations of sucrose(62.5,125.0,333.0 g/L) and PEG(50,200,400 g/L) and cultured at the temperature of 20,25,30 ℃,respectively.The effect of the different temperatures,concentrations of sucrose and PEG on D.indicum pollen germination was studied.Result] The sucrose promoted the pollen germination,the low concentration of sucrose was favorable for pollen germination and the high concentration of sucrose had the significant inhibition to it.The PEG solution had a promotion to pollen germination at a certain extent and the PEG was most effectively at 200 g/L,which rate reached 6.61%.The temperature of 20 ℃ was the best one for pollen germination,which rate was up to 7.90%,and with temperature-increasing,the germination rate was reduced.Conclusion] The sucrose could promote the pollen germination,especially for the low concentrations of sucrose,so did the PEG solution,which concentration of 200 g/L had the most significant effect;and the temperature of 20-25 ℃ was more favorable for pollen germination.
