摘    要:目的]研究Zn2+胁迫对萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)种子萌发及幼苗生长和叶绿素含量的影响,从而更好地认识重金属Zn2+对绿色植物生长发育的胁迫作用。方法]萝卜种子为宝萝一号。Zn2+浓度梯度为12.5、25.0、50.0、100.0 mg/ml,以去离子水为对照。结果]Zn2+浓度变化并不影响萝卜种子萌发率,但随着浓度的增加,对萝卜幼苗形态、根长、根毛的产生及叶绿素的含量均有一定程度的抑制作用。结论]该研究可以为进一步进行土壤修复提供科学依据。

Effects of Zn2+ Stress on Radish(Raphanus sativus L.)Seeds Germination, Seedlings Growth and Chlorophyll Content

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of Zn2+ stress on radish seeds germination,seedling growth and chlorophyll content,to better know the stressing effects of heavy metal Zn2+ on growth and development of green plant.Method] The radish seed was Baoluo1hao.Zn2+ concentration was 12.5,25.0,50.0 and 100.0 mg/ml,respectively.Take deionized water as control.Result] The results showed that Zn2+ concentration changes could not affect seeds germination of radish.While with the increasing of it,the morphology,root length,form of root hair and the content of chlorophyll of radish seedlings were inhibited extensively.Conclusion] The study provides a scientific basis for further carrying out soil remediation.
