摘    要:[目的]研究山核桃外果皮提取物的抑藻活性。[方法]利用不同溶剂(甲醇、无水乙醇、乙酸乙酯、石油醚)提取山核桃外果皮中的抑藻活性物质并进行生物检测。[结果]4种提取物对铜绿微囊藻都有抑制作用。在试验所设浓度下,甲醇提取物在20 g/L时,最大抑藻率可达92.2%;无水乙醇提取物在25 g/L时具有良好的抑制活性,其抑制率达90.2%;石油醚提取物在浓度为40 g/L时其最高抑制率为76.7%;而乙酸乙酯提取物在25 g/L时其最大抑制率为70.3%。[结论]山核桃外果皮对铜绿微囊藻有抑制作用,其中醇类提取物抑制效果最好,具有应用于水体富营养化的治理和开发新型抑藻剂的潜力。

Research of the Inhibitive Effects on Microcystis aeruginosa by the Extracts of Carya cathayensis Pericarp

Abstract:[Objective] To study inhibitive effects on Microcystis aeruginosa by Carya cathayensis pericarp extracts.[Method] The active compounds from Carya cathayensis pericarp were extracted by four kinds of organic solvents(methanol,100% alcohol,petroleum ether and ethyl acetate) and then detected.[Result] All the four extracts had significant inhibitive effect.Among them,the maximum inhabitation ratio of methanol extract reached up to 92.2% with 20 g/L by calculation;100% alcohol extract also showed good inhibition activity,with 25 g/L extract,its inhibition ratio reached to 90.2%;The maximum inhabitation ratio of petroleum ether was 76.7% at a comparatively high concentration of 40 g/L;while the maximum inhabitation ratio of ethyl acetate was 70.3% at 25 g/L.[Conclusion] The pericarp of Carya cathayensis had inhibition effect on Microcystis aeruginosa,extract of methanol had the most inhibitive effect,therefore it had a great potential to developing a new algistat formulation and controling eutrophic water body.
