| Abstract: | Characteristics of rights and interests demands of the new generation of migrant workers were introduced,moreover,the "labor shortage" of the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta were studied under the rights and interests demands of the new generation of migrant workers,and the reasons behind the phenomenon were discussed to find the solutions. |
