摘 要: | [目的]优选银杏叶中总黄酮的提取方法。[方法]以乙醇为提取剂,采用冷浸、热浸、回流和超声4种不同方法提取银杏叶中的总黄酮,并通过UV法测定总黄酮含量作以比较。[结果]最佳提取方法为超声提取法,最佳提取条件为浓度60%乙醇,提取3次,每次2h,温度70℃;在此条件下,测得银杏叶中总黄酮的含量为1.462 mg/g。[结论]超声法具有能耗低、效率高、不易破坏有效成分等特点,可用于银杏叶总黄酮的提取。

Abstract: | [Objective] To deter mine the best optimization method of total flavonoids from FOLIUM GINKGO.[Method] With solvent as extractant,total flavonoids were extracted by using cold soak,hot-dip,reflux and ultrasonic methods,and then determined and compared by UV method.[Result] The best extraction method was ultrasonic method,and the optimum extraction conditions were: 60% ethanol,extracting for three times,2 h each time,and 70 ℃,under these conditions,the yield of total flavonoids was 1.462 mg/g.[Conclusion] The ultrasonic method was characterized by low energy consumption and high efficient without destroying the effective components,therefore it was applicable to the extraction of total flavonoids from FOLIUM GINKGO. |
