摘 要: | [目的]优化显齿蛇葡萄中二氢杨梅素的提取纯化工艺。[方法]采用水提法从显齿蛇葡萄中提取二氢杨梅素,并对二氢杨梅素进行了纯化和检测。通过单因素试验和正交试验优化工艺提取条件。[结果]最佳工艺条件为:提取温度为90℃,料液比为1∶10(g∶ml),提取时间为60 min,在此工艺条件下,二氢杨梅素的得率最大;重结晶5次后总黄酮纯度由原来的68.51%提高至91.0%。[结论]该二氢杨梅素的提取纯化工艺简单,成本低、原料来源易,作为抗氧化剂生产工艺前景看好。

Abstract: | [Objective] To optimize the extraction and purification technology of dihydromyricetin from Ampelopsis grossedentata.[Method] Dihydromyricetin was extracted from Ampelopsis grossedentata with water as extracting agent,then purified and determined,the extraction conditions were optimized through single factor test and orthogonal experiment.[Result] The optimum extraction conditions were: extracting temperature was 90 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 10 and extracting time 60 min,under which the yield of dihydromyricetin was the largest,the purity of total flavonoids increased from 68.51% to 91.0% after 5 times re-crystallization.[Conclusion] The extraction and purification technology of dihydromyricetin was simple and affordable with convenient source of materials,therefore it had broad prospect in producing antioxidant. |
