| 摘 要： | 以黔东南苗族侗族自治州为例,阐述了少数民族地区发展低碳经济的必要性及其发展现状,并提出在观念上引导低碳经济发展,加快改革金融、财税制度,建立低碳经济发展的法律法规体系等路径。

| Abstract: | With Southeastern Guizhou Miao and Dong autonomous prefecture for example,the development necessity and status of low-carbon economy in ethnic minority areas were expounded,and some paths were presented,such as guiding the development of low-carbon economy,accelerating financial and tax system reform,establishing the legal system for developing low-carbon economy and so on. |
