摘    要:
[目的]完成应用超滤技术处理马铃薯淀粉废水的预评价,为进一步采用PES膜处理马铃薯淀粉废水做前期准备。[方法]试验模拟马铃薯淀粉生产工艺制备马铃薯淀粉废水,分别采用切割分子量为4、6、10、20 kD的PES膜对废水进行超滤处理,并分析进料液和出料液的COD和蛋白质浓度以及其截留率。[结果]对比COD和蛋白质的截留率,选择出了PES膜处理马铃薯淀粉废水的最佳切割分子量。[结论]完成了超滤的预评价。

Exploration of the Best Molecular Weight Cutoff of PES Membrane in Processing Potato Starch Wastewater

Abstract:
[Objective] To pre-assess the ultrafiltration treatment of potato starch wastement and make preparation for furthur adopting PES membrane to treat potato starch wastewater.[Method] Potato starch wastewater was prepared through simulating potato starch production,and then treated by 4 kD,6 kD,10 kD and 20 kD molecular weight cutoff of PES membrane,retention rates,COD,protein concentration of feedstock and discharge were analyzed.[Result] Compared with the retention rate of COD and protein,the best molecular weight cutoff was elected.[Conclusion]The assessment was completed.
