摘 要: | [目的]筛选耐冷性较强的厚皮甜瓜材料。[方法]通过对10个厚皮甜瓜材料18℃时的种子活力,人工气候条件下的冷害指数,7℃时的电导百分率这3个耐冷指标及其隶属函数值进行比较,再结合早春大田低温栽培的抗冷指数,筛选出耐冷性较强的厚皮甜瓜材料。[结果]厚皮甜瓜材料的耐冷性强弱依次为特大伊丽莎白(♂)、古拉马、p010。[结论]筛选出3个耐冷材料可作为厚皮甜瓜抗寒育种材料。

Abstract: | [Objective] Cucumis melo of strong chilling tolerance were selected.[Method]The seed vigor index at 18 ℃,chilling injury index of manual simulated climate and electric conductivity percentage at 7 ℃ were tested,recombined with cold resistance index of cultivation in early spring with low temperature,strong chilling tolerance melon were selected.[Result]Three strong chilling tolerance melons were selected,the chilling tolerance was:super-large Eliasbeth(♂)>Cuba pull>p010.[Conclusion]The three materials will be used as cold resistant breeding in melos. |
