摘    要:[目的]研究优化椭圆叶花锚水溶性成分提取工艺。[方法]通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了时间、用水量、温度对椭圆叶花锚水溶性成分提取率的影响。[结果]结果表明最大的影响提取率因素是时间,其次是温度,影响最小的是用水量。最佳提取工艺条件为:时间4 h,温度85℃,用水量150 ml。[结论]该条件下椭圆叶花锚水溶性成分提取率最高,达到12.42%,可应用于实际。

Optimized Extraction Process of Water-soluble Components from Halenia elliptica

Abstract:[Objective]The aim was to study optimized extraction process of water-soluble components from.[Method]The effect on the rate of extraction of water-soluble components from Halenia elliptica for extracting time,water consumption and temperature were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test.[Result]The results showed that the biggest factor was extracting time,followed by temperature and water consumption was minimal impact.The optimal conditions were determined as follows,extracting time 4 h,water consumption 150 ml and temperature 85 ℃.[Conclusion]The highest rate of extraction of water-soluble components from Halenia elliptica under the conditions was 12.42% and could be applied to actual.
